style=\"font-size: 100%;\">Sehr hohe Bildraten im Vergleich zu einem CCD gleicher Gr\u00f6\u00dfe<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 100%;\">Deutlich geringerer Stromverbrauch<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 100%;\">Vermeidung von sogenannten Artefakten, d.h. unbeabsichtigt erzeugte Unterschiede zur Bildquelle, wie Blooming und Smearing, wie sie f\u00fcr CCD typisch sind, treten nicht auf.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 100%;\">Geringerer Lichtbedarf: Empfindliche historische Dokumente und B\u00fccher k\u00f6nnen besonders schonend digitalisiert werden, da die Lichtintensit\u00e4t bei der Aufnahme erheblich reduzierte werden kann.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 100%;\">Aufgrund des flexiblen Auslesens durch direkte Adressierung der einzelnen Pixel bieten CMOS-Sensoren mehr M\u00f6glichkeiten f\u00fcr Binning und Partial Scan\/ROI.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 100%;\">Geringere
